Mindfulness is an incredible tool to help people understand, tolerate, and deal with their emotions in healthy ways. It helps us to alter our habitual responses by taking pause and choosing how we act. When we are mindful, we experience our life as we live it.

Learn basic techniques that can help save your life. We include situational awareness to our classes. As the names implies, situational awareness is simply knowing what’s going on around you. It sounds easy in principle, but requires much practice. And while it is taught to soldiers, law enforcement officers, and yes, government-trained assassins, it’s an important skill for civilians to learn as well. In a dangerous situation, being aware of a threat even seconds before everyone else can keep you and your loved ones safe.
Tactical hand to hand portion of the class will include what to do if you are being mugged, raped, or kidnapped. Tips and methods are provided to get to think of yourself as a survivor always, not ever allowing yourself to be targeted and becoming a victim.
